Dominican Republic Villa – Pool Tile and Bathroom Sanitary Ware Project
This private villa project is located in the Dominican Republic, where the client required durable and visually coordinated materials for the outdoor swimming pool area and interior bathrooms.
Based on the client’s design preferences and site requirements, Skyland supplied swimming pool tiles, decorative wall and floor tiles, shower systems, toilets, bathroom vanities, washbasins, and related sanitary ware products.
The completed spaces combine a bright tropical atmosphere with practical materials suitable for humid, high-use residential environments. The blue-green pool tiles visually connect the swimming pool with the surrounding ocean and sky, while the bathrooms use neutral finishes to create a clean and comfortable interior.

The client needed a coordinated package of materials for both the outdoor pool and the villa bathrooms.

Client Feedback
The completed project presents a consistent material style across the villa’s outdoor and indoor spaces.
The turquoise pool tiles create a strong visual connection with the tropical landscape, while the neutral bathroom products provide a calm and modern interior atmosphere. The client’s feedback images show the supplied materials successfully installed in the swimming pool, bathrooms and wash areas.
Skyland’s Integrated Project Solution
Skyland supported the client with product matching and material coordination for the swimming pool and bathroom areas.
For the outdoor pool, blue-green mosaic-style tiles were selected to enhance the colour of the water and complement the surrounding tropical landscape. Additional stone-effect tiles were supplied for adjoining wall and floor applications, helping create a natural transition between the swimming pool, terrace and villa exterior.
For the bathrooms, the sanitary ware package included modern shower fittings, toilets, washbasins and vanity units. Neutral colours and simple forms were selected to create clean, functional bathrooms that coordinate with the villa’s light interior finishes.
All products were checked and organised by application area before packing, helping the client identify and install the materials more efficiently after delivery.
