PROJECT OVERVIEW
Modern Restaurant Interior Project in Kenya
This Kenya restaurant project required a coordinated product solution for both the customer-facing dining areas and the supporting washroom spaces.
The interior design combines warm orange upholstery, dark wood finishes, decorative metallic details and blue ambient lighting. A large illuminated tree installation serves as the main visual feature of the restaurant, while pendant lights, wall lights and recessed lighting help define the bar, seating and circulation areas.
Skyland supplied selected lighting fixtures, restaurant furniture and sanitary ware based on the client’s design direction and functional requirements. The finished space presents a strong commercial identity while maintaining comfort, durability and ease of daily operation.

The client needed the supplied products to match the restaurant’s modern and atmospheric interior concept while remaining suitable for a high-traffic commercial environment.
The main requirements included:
- Decorative lighting that could enhance the restaurant atmosphere without overwhelming the interior design.
- Comfortable sofas, dining chairs, bar stools and tables for different seating zones.
- Furniture finishes that coordinated with the orange, brown, black and metallic color palette.
- Washbasins, urinals and related sanitary products suitable for commercial washrooms.
- Coordinated production, inspection, packing and international shipment to Kenya.
- Products that could be installed according to the client’s site layout and interior design plan.

Skyland’s Integrated Project Solution
Based on the client’s restaurant layout and visual references, Skyland coordinated the product selection across lighting, furniture and sanitary ware.
For the dining and lounge areas, upholstered sofas and dining chairs were selected in warm orange and neutral tones to create a welcoming atmosphere. Bar stools and dining tables were matched with the restaurant’s wood and metal finishes to maintain a consistent design language.For the lighting package, decorative pendant lights, wall lights and ambient lighting products were selected to complement the illuminated ceiling features, bar area and central decorative tree.
For the washrooms, commercial sanitary products were supplied to support daily use, including washbasins and urinals with clean, contemporary forms.
The products were checked, classified and packed according to the different installation areas, helping the client identify and install the materials more efficiently after delivery.
Client Feedback
The client shared completed site photos and videos after the products were installed. The feedback showed the lighting fixtures, sofas, dining furniture, bar seating and sanitary products in actual use throughout the restaurant.
These on-site images helped confirm that the supplied products matched the interior design direction and were successfully incorporated into the completed commercial space.
